e are a fast-growing Greek company and part of the Mercan Group, which has over 35 years of international experience. Operating in Greece across the Golden Visa, real estate investment, and hospitality sectors, we provide high-quality investment, real estate, and accommodation services to international clients.

As our operations continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated Junior Legal Counsel to join our in-house legal team and provide legal support across the company’s activities.

Position Overview

Manage and support Golden Visa procedures, including documentation and regulatory compliance.
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with partners, suppliers, and clients.
Assist with real estate due diligence, property transactions, and related legal documentation.
Provide legal support on employment and labour law matters.
Support the company’s compliance with data protection and GDPR requirements.
Conduct legal research and prepare internal legal memoranda, reports, and recommendations.
Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders, including law firms, public authorities, and clients.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from an accredited university and eligibility to practise law in Greece.
An LL.M. taught in English, particularly in a relevant field, will be considered an advantage.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience with Golden Visa procedures is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High standards of professionalism and integrity, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
